Iris Lin is an abstract artist based in New York City. A former USTA Top 10 nationally ranked junior tennis player and NCAA Division I full-scholarship student-athlete, she later earned her law degree while working within elite international law firms. After more than two decades in high-performance environments shaped by discipline and analytical rigor, she now channels that intensity into her creative practice, embracing art as a counterbalance to structure.

Her work draws inspiration from nuanced emotional states and shared human experiences. Through layered abstraction, she explores the tension between control and surrender, and the delicate balance between strength and softness. Her compositions invite reflection and uninhibited expression.

Beyond the studio, Iris has a deep appreciation for wellness, fashion, and design. A Top 20 finalist at Miss New York USA, she won multiple evening gown, interview, and swimsuit awards during her pageant tenure. She also enjoys spending time with her Pomeranian, Potato.
